The Soluna App
Soluna is a safe, confidential digital behavioral health and wellness service available to millions of Californians ages 13-25 at no cost. Credit with and designed specifically for young people, Soluna removes the barriers to behavioral health by connecting young people with resources to support a variety of areas - stress, anxiety, loneliness, bully, and more. The Soluna app fosters autonomy, community and self-guided growth, helping users make positive changes in their lives and believe in themselves through clinical moderated peer forums, chat-based sessions with behavioral health coaches, journaling, and educational content, including age-tailored articles, videos, podcasts, and stories. Soluna is part of The Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) initiative designed to transform the way California supports children, youth, and families.

Safe Spaces: Foundations of Trauma-Informed Practice for Educational and Care Settings, a free training made possible by California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative, helps individuals working with children and youth ages 0-18 recognize and respond to signs of stress and trauma.
Family Guide to Supporting Young People’s Mental Health and Well-Being
This guide helps parents and other adult family members and caregivers navigate supporting the overall well-being and mental health of school-aged children, including tips for what can be difficult conversations. It offers information about the social and emotional development of young people and explains warning signs that may signal mental health challenges. It equips caregivers with targeted strategies, tools, and resources that help them advocate for their family, address each child’s specific needs, and access professional help.
Find Your Anchor
Find Your Anchor (FYA) is a grassroots nonprofit aimed at suicide prevention, awareness, and education. With creativity and a personal touch, FYA aims to support those who may be struggling and de-stigmatize conversations surrounding suicide and mental health.

The physical form of Find Your Anchor is a small blue box packed with various materials designed to inspire, soothe and offer support. Each box includes items such as a 52+ Reasons to Live deck of cards, an infographic on depression, list of resources, a letter from a stranger who cares, posters, a bracelet, a mixtape full of uplifting music, stickers, some other sweet nothings, and a whole lot of good vibes.
